Sweet Potato Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 eggs, separate egg yolks
3 c. self-rising flour
2 1/2 c. sugar
3/4 c. Crisco oil
2 c. grated potatoes
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 c. chopped pecans
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Combine sugar, egg yolks and oil all together; beat 3 minutes. Beat egg whites to a stiff peak.
Add to flour and sugar; beat for 3 minutes.
Add pecans and bake in 3 layer cake pans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until done.
