Pork Roast With Raisins - cooking recipe

4 lb. pork boneless loin roast
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. ground cumin
Raisin Sauce
Preparation

Heat oven to 325\u00b0.
Trim fat from pork roast.
Place pork on rack in shallow roasting pan.
Mix remaining ingredients, except Raisin Sauce; sprinkle over pork.
Insert meat thermometer so tip is in center of thickest part of roast and does not rest on fat.
