Sausage Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. sausage (lean)
13 oz. cheese, grated
3 c. biscuit mix
3 good shakes Tabasco sauce
Preparation

Blend ingredients.
Form into walnut size balls.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until brown. May be frozen and reheated. Bake on broiler pan, sprayed with Pam.
Do not let balls touch each other. Do not add water or other moisture to this recipe.
