Chicken Fricassee - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 or 4 chicken breasts
    3 Tbsp. shortening
    1 1/2 c. cream of chicken soup, diluted
    1 large onion, sliced
    mushrooms, sliced (if desired)
Preparation
    Roll chicken in flour.
    Melt shortening in pan and fry chicken until tender; drain.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    Add soup, onion and mushrooms.
    Cover and simmer for 1 hour.
