Sweet Sour Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. sherry
    1 egg
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1/4 c. cornstarch
    1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    2 c. vegetable oil
    1 (15 1/2 oz.) can pineapple chunks
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 c. catsup
    1/4 c. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 medium green pepper (chunks)
Preparation
    Combine first 6 ingredients.
    Add chicken.
    Stir to coat.
    Fry chicken in oil until lightly browned; drain.
    Drain pineapple; reserve liquid.
    To juice, add 2 tablespoons cornstarch.
    Stir well.
    Combine pineapple juice mixture and next 4 ingredients in medium saucepan.
    Bring mixture to boil.
    Stir in pepper and chicken.
    Cook until heated.
    Serve over rice.
