Japanese Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 boiled chicken breasts, slivered
    1 head leaf lettuce
    3 green onions, thinly sliced
    1 small can Chinese noodles
    1 pkg. slivered almonds
    1/4 c. poppy seed
    4 tsp. sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    4 Tbsp. vinegar
    1/2 c. oil
Preparation
    Combine chicken, lettuce, green onion, almonds and poppy seed. Meanwhile, mix dressing in salad bottle.
    Mix sugar, salt, pepper, vinegar and oil.
    Pour over salad.
    Top with noodles.
