Carrot Souffle - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. cooked, mashed carrots
2 whole eggs
1/2 c. cracker crumbs
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
6 Tbsp. butter, melted
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together.
Pour into 1 1/2-quart greased baking dish and bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
