Baked Custard - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    dash of salt
    2 c. skim milk
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Beat eggs slightly; add sugar and salt.
    Scald milk until crinkly film forms on top.
    Stir in egg mixture gradually.
    Add vanilla.
    Pour into custard cups or baking dish; set in pan of hot water.
    Sprinkle nutmeg on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes until knife inserted comes out clean.
    Remove from pan of water. Serve cool or chilled.
    Serves 6.
