Baked Chicken And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 fryer, cut up
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. paprika
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 c. uncooked rice
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    3 c. chicken broth or boiling water
Preparation
    Sprinkle chicken with paprika and pepper.
    Brown rice and onion in margarine.
    Spread rice mixture into 13 x 9 x 2-inch buttered baking dish.
    Place chicken on top of rice and pour the broth on top.
    Cover dish tightly with foil.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Remove foil and bake 15 minutes longer.
