Shrimp Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1-1/2 to 2 lb. shrimp
    2 c. raw rice
    1 stick butter
    1 can French onion soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 tsp. salt
    1 can Rotel tomatoes
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 medium bell pepper, chopped
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    dash of red pepper
    dash dried parsley
Preparation
    Melt butter in casserole dish.
    In another bowl, mix everything well.
    Do not precook rice; mix in raw.
    Stir in tomatoes with juice; mix very well.
    Pour mixture over butter in dish and cover.
    Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes.
