Enchilada Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. ground beef
2 pkg. taco seasoning
2 cans Ranch Style beans
2 cans chopped green chili peppers
1 doz. soft corn tortillas
12 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
12 oz. grated Mozzarella cheese
Preparation

Brown ground beef; drain off all grease.
Add taco seasoning, water and beans; cook 10 minutes.
Add green chili peppers.
Layer in a casserole dish.
Put tortillas on bottom, then bean mixture and cheese.
Repeat layers, ending with cheese.
Bake for 45 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven.
Serve with picante sauce.
