Rice Pilaf - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. chopped celery or 3/4 tsp. celery salt
1/2 c. dried onions
4 1/2 c. raw rice
3/4 c. butter
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. poultry seasoning
10 1/2 c. chicken broth, heated
Preparation

Melt butter in 4-quart saucepan over medium heat.
Add rice and saute, stirring constantly until golden brown.
Place in roasting pan.
Combine all other ingredients and pour over rice. Cover lightly.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour.
Let stand 15 minutes.
Fluff with fork before serving.
