Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. diced, cooked chicken
1/2 c. diced celery
1 c. sliced black olives
1/3 c. mayonnaise
1 1/2 c. diced avocado
1 Tbsp. lemon juice, sprinkled on avocado
cayenne pepper
lettuce
Preparation
-
Combine all ingredients, adding avocado last.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Place lettuce (shredded) on bottom and a scoop of chicken salad.
