Double Cheese Meat Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
    1 egg
    3/4 c. cracker crumbs
    1/2 c. finely chopped onion
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Combine beef, egg, cracker crumbs, onion, 1/3 cup sauce, salt, oregano and pepper.
    Mix well and shape into flat 10 x 12-inch wax paper.
    Sprinkle cheese evenly over meat mixture.
    Roll up like jelly roll and press ends of roll to seal.
    Bake in shallow dish at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Drain excess fat. Pour remaining sauce over roll and bake an additional 15 minutes.
