Alabama Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 pkg. yeast
    1/4 c. water
    3/4 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. Crisco oil
Preparation
    Sift flour, sugar, salt and baking powder together. Stir into dry ingredients. Add enough flour to prevent dough from sticking. Turn out on board and knead until dough is workable. Roll out and cut in small biscuits. Dip in melted butter. Stack one on top of the other (using two). Let rise 1 hour. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
