Deep Sea Wedges - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 yellow peppers
    8 oz. light cream cheese
    2 oz. crab meat
    1/4 c. bottled lo-cal Ranch dressing
Preparation
    Wash peppers.
    Cut tops off and remove core.
    Mix cheese, dressing and crab meat.
    Stuff peppers with mixture.
    Chill thoroughly.
    Cut peppers into wedges.
