Tasty Baked Cod(Low-Fat) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. cod fillets
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/8 tsp. black pepper
    2 large tomatoes, sliced 1/4 inch thick
    1/2 medium green pepper, finely chopped
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1/4 c. dry bread crumbs
    1/2 tsp. dried basil or 1 Tbsp. chopped, fresh basil
    1 Tbsp. oil
Preparation
    Place the fish in an oiled baking dish.
    Season it with lemon juice and pepper.
    Place the tomato slices on the fish and sprinkle with the green pepper and onion.
    In a small bowl, combine the bread crumbs, basil and oil; spread the crumb mixture evenly over the tomatoes.
    Bake the fish, uncovered, in a preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 25 minutes.
