Egg Omelette Italian - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 garlic clove, crushed and chopped
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. butter
    12 slices pepperoni
    4 eggs, well beaten
    Provolone cheese
    grated Italian cheese (1/4 c. combined)
    marinara sauce
Preparation
    Combine oil, butter, garlic, onion and pepperoni in omelette pan and saute until onion is clear.
    Add eggs, top with cheese, cover and cook over low heat until firm.
    Top with marinara sauce.
