Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 or 5 medium sized squash
    1/2 c. cracker crumbs
    salt
    1 c. grated cheese
    2 eggs
    1/2 milk
    2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Cook squash until tender, salt to taste. Drain and mash. Add butter, cracker crumbs, eggs, and milk. Mix well. Add cheese, reserving enough to sprinkle on top of dish. Place in baking dish and cook at 350\u00b0 until done (about 20 or 25 minutes).
