Taco Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. tomatoes, peeled and chopped
3 c. jalapeno pepper, seeded and finely chopped
3/4 c. onion, chopped
1 1/2 tsp. salt
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 1/2 c. vinegar

Preparation

Use rubber gloves to remove seeds from jalapenos.
