Pepper Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. sirloin steak
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 medium onions
    1 c. beef broth
    4 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 clove garlic, minced
    2 green peppers
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/2 c. cold water
    1/4 tsp. red pepper
Preparation
    Trim meat and cut into strips.
    Brown and season with salt. Push meat over and add onion.
    Cook and stir until tender.
    Stir in broth, soy sauce, garlic and red pepper.
    Cover and simmer 20 minutes or until meat is tender.
    Add green peppers.
    Cover and simmer 10 minutes.
