Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 lb. pork sausage
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 lb. or 12 large mushrooms
    3/4 c. water
    1 Tbsp. parsley
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    3/4 c. Minute rice
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Brown sausage and onions.
    Remove stems from mushrooms; chop fine
    and
    add
    to\tmeat mixture.
    Cook until brown.
    Add water, parsley,
    salt and pepper;\tbring to a boil.
    Add rice, cover and remove
    from
    heat.
    Let
    stand for 5 minutes.
    Mix mayonnaise and cheese,
    stir
    1/2 cup mayonnaise mixture into rice mixture. Spoon
    into
    mushrooms, place in shallow baking dish.
    Top\teach mushroom
    with remaining mayonnaise mixture. Bake at 400\u00b0 for about 15 minutes or until brown and puffy.
