Stuffed Green Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    3/4 c. Minute rice
    sprinkle of salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 onion, chopped (2 Tbsp.)
    1 can tomato soup
    4 to 6 large green peppers
Preparation
    Remove stems and seeds from peppers.
    Cook in boiling water for 5 minutes.
    Drain.
    Mix beef, rice, salt, pepper and onion. Add 2/3 can tomato soup.
    Stuff peppers with meat mixture.
    Stand upright in small baking dish.
    Pour remaining soup, diluted with 1/3 soup can of water, over peppers.
    Bake, covered, for 45 minutes, uncovered, for 15 minutes longer at 350\u00b0.
