Puffy Cheese Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 English muffins
    8 oz. shredded Cheddar or Co-Jack cheese
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 tsp. mustard
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 small can chopped black olives
    salt
Preparation
    Mix onion, black olives, mayonnaise, salt, mustard and shredded cheese thoroughly.
    Spread cheese on split muffin halves. Bake in preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 10 minutes.
    Makes 8 muffin halves.
