Spanish Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans tomato sauce
    1/2 c. water
    1/3 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. butter
    1/3 c. chopped green pepper
    1 tsp. prepared mustard
    1/4 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    6 c. rice
Preparation
    Combine first 8 ingredients in a 2 1/2 quart saucepan, stirring well.
    Bring to a boil.
    Cover and cook 15 minutes.
    Stir in cooked rice.
    Remove from heat.
    Let stand 5 minutes.
    Stir well before serving.
    Serves 8.
