Nanna'S Shortcake And Strawberry Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    4 tsp. baking powder
    3 Tbsp. shortening
    3/4 c. milk (can use 2 egg yolks with milk)
Preparation
    Blend flour, salt, sugar and baking powder.
    Cut in shortening.
    Mix in milk and pat into round cake pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until slightly browned and pick is clean.
