Pork Chops With Wild Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 oz.) box long grain wild rice
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
    1 (16 oz.) can chinese vegetables, drained, optional
    6 lean pork chops
    dash of pepper
    chinese noodles
    soy sauce
Preparation
    Mix rice, soup and 1 1/4 c. water in a 2 qt. casserole dish. Add chinese vegetables.
    Arrange pork chops on top.
    Sprinkle with pepper to taste. Bake 1 hour and 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Serve with chinese noodles and soy sauce.
    Makes 5 to 6 servings.
