Spinach Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    4 eggs
    1 can evaporated milk
    1/4 to 1/2 tsp. red pepper
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
    1/2 c. diced ham
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 deep dish pie crust
Preparation
    In medium bowl, beat cream cheese with electric mixer until creamy.
    Beat in eggs, evaporated milk and red pepper.
    Stir in spinach, ham and onion.
    Pour into frozen pie crust, salt and pepper to taste.
    Bake in a preheated 350\u00b0 oven on a baking sheet, 50 to 60 minutes, until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
