Pretzel Salad - cooking recipe

2 c. crushed pretzels
3/4 c. butter
1 c. sugar
8 oz. cream cheese
2 c. boiling water
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries
1/2 c. nuts
3 tsp. sugar
1 small carton Cool Whip
1 large box strawberry Jell-O
Preparation

First Layer:
Mix pretzels, nuts, butter and 3 teaspoons sugar.
Put in 9 x 13-inch pan and bake at 400\u00b0 for 5 minutes. Let cool.
