Hot Or Cold Gazpacho Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. tomato juice
1 beef bouillon cube or 1 tsp. instant bouillon
2 Tbsp. onion, chopped
1 Tbsp. olive oil
2 Tbsp. green pepper, chopped
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tomato, chopped
1/4 c. cucumber, chopped
1/2 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
1/4 tsp. chopped jalapeo
Preparation

Hot: Combine ingredients in a 5-quart crock-pot and heat for several hours. Stir occasionally.
