    2 extra large Idaho potatoes
    1 1/3 c. instant Potato Buds
    2 Tbsp. fresh chives
    5 oz. white Cheddar cheese
    Italian herbs
    tarragon
    1/3 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1/2 tsp. salt
    paprika
