Sausage And Cabbage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 oz. vegetarian sausage burger
    4 small red potatoes
    1 c. water
    1 c. sour cream
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1/2 small head cabbage
    1 Tbsp. melted margarine
Preparation
    Slice potatoes into 1/4-inch width.
    Mix salt and boiling water and bring to a boil.
    Add 1/8 leaf slices of cabbage. Cook, covered, for approximately 25 minutes, until potatoes are done.
    Add sour cream and sausage and cook 10 to 15 minutes further.
    Serve.
