Microwave Peanut Brittle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. corn syrup
    1 1/2 c. raw peanuts, skin on
    1 tsp. butter
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    In bowl, stir together peanuts, syrup and sugar.
    Microwave on High 4 minutes, stir well.
    Microwave on High 2 minutes.
    Remove from microwave and, working quickly, add baking soda and stir until foamy and light.
    Pour onto a buttered cookie sheet and spread thin.
    Let cool and break into pieces.
