Caramel Corn - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 qt. popcorn
2 c. brown sugar
2 sticks butter or oleo
1/2 c. white corn syrup
1 tsp. baking soda
Preparation

Combine brown sugar, butter or oleo and corn syrup.
Boil to hard crack stage, stirring as needed on not too hot a burner. Add baking soda and stir very well. Divide corn into 2 large pans and pour caramel mixture over corn. Stir until well coated. Place in 250\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
