Lucy'S Cheese Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick butter (room temperature)
    1/2 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated into butter
    1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/4 tsp. Tabasco
    1 c. flour
Preparation
    Mix butter, cheese, Worcestershire and Tabasco.
    Add flour. Roll into balls.
    Cover with wax paper and chill in refrigerator. When ready to cook, remove from fridge and roll into marble-size balls.
    Place 2 inches apart on cookie sheet.
    Bake for 8 minutes in 425\u00b0 oven.
