Cream Of Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 large potatoes, chopped
    2 Tbsp. onion, chopped
    3/4 c. water
    3 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. oleo
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Preparation
    Dice potatoes and onion.
    Add water and cook until tender. Melt oleo; add flour and blend.
    Then add milk and salt; cook until slightly thick.
    Stir constantly.
    Add potatoes and onion. Serves 6.
