Homemade Ice Cream(Cooked Custard Version) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 eggs, separated
    7 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 c. sugar
    10 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. vanilla
    2 cans evaporated milk
Preparation
    Separate eggs.
    Put egg whites in the refrigerator.
    Beat yolks until blended well.
    Mix sugar and cornstarch.
    Add to egg yolks.
    Stir in the milk.
    Cook until this comes to a boil, stirring constantly.
    (It takes a long time.)
    Let cool.
    Add vanilla.
