Klaudia'S No Crust Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 eggs
    1 3/4 c. sugar
    2 lemons, rind and juice
    32 oz. ricotta cheese
    2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. flour
    pinch of salt
    3 oz. cream of wheat
Preparation
    Divide eggs.
    Beat eggs whites until stiff.
    Combine egg yolks, sugar and lemon rind at high speed for 3 minutes.
    Add remaining ingredients except egg whites.
    Mix together.
    Fold in egg whites.
    Bake 1 hour at 325\u00b0 to 350\u00b0 in a spring form pan. Can be served warm or cold.
