Cheese Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 (1 lb.) mild Cheddar cheese
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 (1 lb.) sharp cheese
1 (1 lb.) Velveeta
1 medium onion, chopped
chili powder
Preparation

Let cheese reach room temperature.
Using a mixer, blend cheeses until smooth and creamy.
Add Worcestershire sauce and onion; mix well.
Chill.
Shape into balls.
Sprinkle chili powder or paprika over balls.
Serve with crackers.
Yield: 2 (2 pound) balls.
