Easy Chicken Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    Cooking spray
    2 cans (14-1/2 oz. each) chicken broth
    2 cans (16 oz. each) Great Northern beans, rinsed and drained (can substitute black or kidney beans)
    1 can (4 oz.) chopped green chilies
    2 c. cubed cooked chicken
    2 garlic cloves, minced
    2 Tbsp. minced fresh cilantro
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. dried oregano
    1 tsp. ground cumin (I like more)
Preparation
    In a 3-quart saucepan coated with cooking spray, saute onion over medium heat until tender. Add remaining ingredients; bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 10-15 minutes or until heated through. Serves 6.
