Ingredients

1 c. water
1 c. vinegar
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 can beets (with juice)
1 doz. eggs, boiled
Preparation

Heat water, vinegar, sugar and salt to boiling.
Pour over beets and juice in a large container. Add peeled hard-boiled eggs. Let set in refrigerator for 3 days.
