Salmon Party Log - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (16 oz.) can salmon (2 c.)
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 tsp. horseradish
2 tsp. grated onion
1/4 tsp. liquid smoke (if desired)
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. finely chopped nuts
2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Preparation

Drain and flake salmon.
Remove the skin and bones.
Combine all ingredients, except nuts and parsley.
Roll in waxed paper and chill well.
