Pineapple Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cans (20 oz.) pineapple tidbits, drained
1 c. sugar
4 tsp. flour
1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese (mild or sharp)
1 stick margarine, melted
1 1/4 stacks Ritz crackers, crushed
Preparation

Place pineapple in casserole dish. Sprinkle sugar and flour over pineapple. Add Cheddar cheese. Toss crackers in margarine and spread over cheese. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
