Mock Bake Steak - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. ground beef
1 c. cracker crumbs
1 c. milk
3 tsp. beef bouillon cubes
2 medium onions, chopped
salt and pepper
Preparation

Combine well.
Pat onto cookie sheet to desired thickness. Score into pieces the size you want.
Set overnight in refrigerator or freezer.
When ready to fix, roll in flour. Brown in skillet.
Place in baking pan.
Pour mushroom soup over meat.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven 1 hour and 15 minutes.
