Ice Cream Cookie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

8 chocolate chip cookies
4 scoops vanilla ice cream
1/2 c. mini chocolate chips

Preparation

Put a scoop of ice cream on each of four cookies.
Top with remaining cookies; gently press together.
Roll edge in chocolate chips.
Wrap in plastic wrap and freeze.
Serves 4.
