Egg Salad Cheese Spread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. shredded processed cheese
4 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
1/2 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
1/2 c. sweet pickle relish
1 tsp. prepared mustard
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Combine first five ingredients in mixing bowl.
Season with salt and pepper.
Yields 3 cups.
