Crustless Bacon And Egg Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 strips bacon, diced
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. prepared biscuit mix
    3 eggs
    1/4 c. butter, melted
    dash of pepper
    1 c. shredded cheese
Preparation
    Fry or microwave bacon until crisp; crumble and set aside.
    In blender, combine milk, biscuit mix, eggs, butter and pepper. Blend for 15 seconds.
    Pour into greased 9-inch pie pan.
    Sprinkle bacon and cheese on top of egg mixture; gently press below surface with a fork.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
    Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
    Yields 4 to 6 servings.
