Chicken, Artichoke And Wild Rice Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. Uncle Ben's wild rice mix
    2 cans artichoke hearts in water, drained
    1 pkg. Good Seasons Italian dressing, prepared
    4 whole (8 half pieces) chicken breasts
    1 (6 or 8 oz.) jar pimento, chopped
    2 c. green peppers
    1 c. mayonnaise (not salad dressing)
    1 lb. fresh mushrooms
    2 c. celery, chopped
Preparation
    Boil or grill chicken and cut into chunks.
    Prepare rice, using 1/2 cup less water per box.
    Cool.
