Italian Sausage Sandwich - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. Italian sausage
4 large onions
2 chicken bouillon cubes, melted in 2 Tbsp. water
1 stick oleo
2 green peppers
1 tray mushrooms

Preparation

Bake sausage in a 325\u00b0 oven for 40 minutes; drain.
Slice onions and green peppers; saute in melted oleo.
The last 5 minutes, add mushrooms and bouillon cube mixture.
Slice buns in half.
Spread with butter and brown under broiler.
Spread with mustard.
Put sausage mixture on each bun.
