Ingredients

1 pinch salt
2 (1 lb.) cans sliced beets
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 c. white cider vinegar
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
Preparation

Mix vinegar, salt, sugar and cornstarch into beet juice. Bring to boil, stirring constantly.
Add beets and butter.
Cook 10 minutes.
